Our dedicated business unit, SHAPE Defence, is a trusted partner of the Department of Defence and Defence Primes, delivering capital works projects nationwide.
Since 2011, SHAPE Defence has built a strong track record of safely delivering high‑quality projects across the Defence estate, working within complex and highly secure environments.
Throughout this time, we have delivered projects across all mainland states and territories under the Estate Maintenance and Operations Services (EMOS), Estate Works Program (EWP), and Capital Facilities and Infrastructure (CFI) divisions within Defence and administered all forms of Defence Estate contract types.
Our systems and management plans are specifically tailored to meet the requirements of the Defence Estate Quality Management System. We are accredited to ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards.
Our specialist team members hold active AGSVA security clearances from Baseline to Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) — giving our clients confidence that the right people are working in the right environments.

SHAPE Defence holds Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership across four elements: Governance, Personnel, Information & Cyber, and Physical Security. Our specialist team members hold active AGSVA security clearances from Baseline to Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV).
Quality management
Through the successful delivery of more than 120 projects, we have tailored our systems and procedures to the requirements of the Defence Estate Quality Management System. Our suite of management plans and general contract administration systems have been specifically developed with the expectations of Defence in mind.
