Nicholas Mills

General Manager

Career

Nicholas has been working with SHAPE since 2008, starting as a Site Supervisor with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn and develop. He has progressed from site roles to project management while gaining experience and leadership capabilities across four of SHAPE’s branch, including Darwin, Perth, Sydney, and Brisbane. In his previous role as Regional Manager, Nicholas contributed to significant growth for the NT branch, which has more than doubled in size since 2017.

Life

A proud husband to his wife, Nicole, and father to four young boys, Nicholas loves spending time with his family, swimming to escape the heat in Darwin, fishing, camping, and playing soccer.

Nick Boulton

Project Director

Career 

Nick has more than 36 years’ experience in construction project management and electrical contracting, both on the client and contracting side, across the UK, South Africa, Perth, and Darwin.
Having started his career as an electrician, he brings a unique technical understanding of the construction industry to his role as Project Director. During his career, Nick has developed a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the industry, having successfully managed projects from $10k to more than $550m across a range of sectors. This includes Defence and government, retail, education, healthcare, hotels and hospitality, commercial, industrial, and residential.

Life
Originally from the UK, Nick trains in Muay Thai three times a week and has the long-term goal of doing up his 1980 Ford Escort RS2000. His favourite travel destination is Africa and once had a job capturing and relocating Rhinos in Botswana.

Letitia Wing

Senior Project Manager

Career
Letitia brings over 10 years' of experience in the construction industry, having built a strong foundation across project coordination, contract administration, and site-based roles. Her portfolio spans commercial refurbishments, large-scale industrial developments, and new build projects across Defence, Commercial, Hospitality, Oil and Gas, and Health sectors.
She joined SHAPE in 2020 as Project Engineer and now leads projects end-to-end, covering contract administration, design management, cost control, site management, and quality assurance.
Letitia is known for fostering positive, solutions-focused environments where teams and clients feel supported and confident in project outcomes.

Life
Born in a remote town in the Kimberley, Letitia moved to Darwin a few years later and is a bush girl at heart. She prefers camping and fishing to luxury travel and loves camp oven cook-ups with friends and an ice-cold beverage. Now also embracing life as a mum, she enjoys making the most of their time together.

David Murphy

Senior Estimator

‘Murphy’

Career
David is a Senior Estimator who has more than 20 years of construction industry experience, both in the commercial and residential sectors. Beginning his career as a Joiner, he gained valuable technical experience in all aspects of joinery and cabinetmaking, before moving into draftsman and client manager roles. In his role as Estimator, David draws on his technical expertise and strong subcontractor and client relationships to deliver cost-effective solutions and value engineering benefits to ensure successful clients outcomes.

Life
David is a father to his young son who keeps him on his feet. He enjoys watching AFL, working around the house, camping, and travelling interstate to see family and friends.

Brodie Hannon

Strategic Business Manager

Career

Brodie’s role spans from business development, marketing, HR, strategic planning, operations, audits, finances, performance metrics to contract management.  She holds a Bachelor of Architecture and brings extensive experience in land development and strategic stakeholder management from her previous government roles across lands, Infrastructure, sport, tourism and cultural portfolios.

Brodie joined SHAPE to make an impact on project delivery, blending her strategic and design expertise. She’s focused on showcasing SHAPE NT’s new build capability to drive growth and recognition and shares our passion for supporting the community and delivering high‑quality projects within the Territory.

Life

Outside of work Brodie’s ideal evening would be spending time with family.
