We know flexibility is a big deal when you’re studying. That’s why SHAPE lets you choose your work hours based on your study needs throughout the term and exam periods. You’ll also receive 5 days of Life Leave each year, in addition to your flexibility arrangements.

Do You Qualify?

No prior industry experience is necessary to join our team, but we do require that you are studying or recently graduated a construction-related degree such as construction, engineering, design and quantity surveying.
