Whether it is a 24-hour operational facility, sterile lab, specialist equipment, or a new extension, our expert teams recognise the unique demands of healthcare projects. Our main focus is always on the safety of patients and medical staff.
Working within sensitive clinical environments also means implementing strict methodologies that address technically complex services requirements, dust mitigation strategies and stringent quality and sustainability standards. Our modular capabilities allow us to build offsite where possible and install quietly at a time carefully selected to minimise disturbance to patients and staff.
We work with leading universities and schools around the country to deliver inspiring spaces that offer world-class education and attract the best students and staff. With considerable experience across a wide range of specialised spaces including laboratories, libraries, auditoriums and sports facilities, we know how important it is to minimise disruption and prioritise safety while working around teaching schedules and academic calendars.
We built our business on Australia-wide office fitouts and refurbishments, and it’s still a large part of what we do today. With much of our lives spent at work, we know how important it is to create environments that inspire and improve the experience of every employee. The way we work is constantly evolving, and so too is the workplace itself. Having a trusted partner with vast experience in the sector gives our clients the peace of mind that their spaces are looked after throughout their lease. From building company headquarters and agile offices to minor alterations, or base building upgrades, our many repeat clients are a testament to our reputation of delivering exceptional working spaces.
We’re focused on delivering high-end shopping spaces, fashion outlets and showrooms as well as banks and customer-service spaces. Designed to showcase our clients’ products and services and excite their customers, retail spaces require unwavering attention to quality and detail. Our work is underpinned by our experience in staging, live environment management, stakeholder coordination, stringent defect minimisation strategies, and programs with quick turnarounds to ensure our clients’ spaces are up and running quickly and smoothly.
In the sports and community sector, we’ve delivered pavilions, changing rooms and clubhouses that bring together players, spectators, and local communities. Whether it’s new build, modular construction or a refurbishment, we work in partnership with local councils, community groups, and clubs to design sporting facilities with accessibility, sustainability and community pride in mind.
In the industrial sector, we work with private and government clients to deliver upgrades and new facilities that support industrial activity. From warehousing and distribution centres to storage facilities, specialised laboratories and research and development centres, we understand the need for operational continuity and strict timeframes.
