Career

Brad brings more than 13 years’ experience across construction, commercial management and operations, with specialist expertise in contracts, procurement, risk and financial performance. His background spans contractor and client-side roles in commercial construction, mining, heavy industrial and Defence environments. Based in Townsville, he draws on this experience to lead SHAPE’s North Queensland business, supporting people and projects across Townsville, Cairns, Mackay and the wider region. With an approachable style and a strong focus on client and industry relationships, Brad is committed to building a local team people enjoy working with and delivering projects North Queensland can be proud of.

Life

Born and raised in Townsville, Brad returned home after beginning his career in Melbourne and now enjoys raising two children there with his wife. He’s happiest spending time with his family, especially on a getaway. A keen Collingwood supporter, Brad also appreciates a good coffee, with an oat latte his go-to order.
