The building’s 4,150 square metre interior was transformed within 16 weeks into a modern and flexible office accommodation over 2.5 levels.

The scope of works included:

  • A new external winter terrace, operable wall and bespoke joinery units
  • 57 new meeting rooms, three new kitchens and 330 workstations
  • A new library and numerous collaboration spaces
  • A world-class bespoke board room

On this project, we were faced with an audiovisual (AV) redesign. Within six weeks upon commencing on site, the client and design consultants totally redesigned the AV scope of works. Our team facilitated multiple AV workshops and walk-throughs to ensure the client’s requests were achieved within budget. We accomplished this by modifying the construction programme along with providing buildability advice throughout the redesign.

Our team also faced a challenge with the level 21 external terrace ceiling works. We provided a 3D virtual model of the proposed external scaffold along with a thorough methodology for the erection and scope of works associated. We also provided samples of the external scaffold hoarding to the building owners before installing the scaffold protection to ensure the proposal was accepted.
