Bringing teams together to support Toyota's strategic focus.

To support the One Toyota strategic focus, Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia’s ERO (TMCA) agreed to work together within a single building to continue to lead in their respective industries. Relocating the functions to Sydney Olympic Park allowed both companies to leverage the One Toyota competitive advantage.

Toyota’s new office space is located on levels ground and 1 at 4 Murray Rose Avenue. Level 1 is divided into four main sections: TMCA’s office space, TFS’s office space, common/shared breakout area, and shared communications’ room. The communal and informal spaces function as the social glue between the two businesses and set an inclusive tone that is maintained throughout the workplace. In contrast, the team-based areas have been catered to suit individual business operations to offer function and privacy to both parties.

The ground floor space has a more sophisticated design, with fully equipped AV meeting room for approximately 14 people, a larger meeting room which can be converted to training/presentation room, a concierge area, kitchenette (to cater for events), welcoming guests into the tenancy with an elegant atmosphere, rotating the display of one of Toyota’s many models of cars.
