This premium fitout across three levels in Melbourne, delivered a high-end, performance-driven environment that enhances both client engagement and day-to-day operations. The project included upgraded front-of-house areas, open-plan workspaces, a commercial grade kitchen, end-of-trip facilities and specialist communications rooms unified by a new interconnecting stair. Client facing spaces were designed to balance impact, flexibility and privacy. A formal dining room and adaptable meeting rooms were connected by operable walls allowing spaces to scale for a range of functions. A purpose-built workstation solution was developed for the client, supported by fully redundant power and communications to ensure uninterrupted operation, with communications rooms delivered to stringent international standards and validated through rigorous testing and witnessing. Delivery demanded meticulous services coordination. The fabric ceiling system required fully shop-drawn panels manufactured off-site, with all penetrations resolved prior to fabrication. Several specialist finishes were sourced from Europe, necessitating careful logistics management to maintain programme and uphold design intent. The communications rooms were built to stringent international standards, supported by rigorous testing and witnessing. Safety, collaboration and quality assurance are prioritised through Bluehats sessions, dust-free construction in sensitive areas, and progressive testing and commissioning to verify AV/IT, acoustic and services performance. The result is a premium, resilient and highly functional agile workplace that elevates the client experience and operational capability. Achieving a 6 Star Green Star rating, the fitout achieves strong sustainability outcomes alongside seamless AV, IT and acoustic integration.
