Allianz engaged SHAPE to deliver a refurbishment of their newly configured office space. The project included a full transformation of the tenancy, comprising a new boardroom, meeting and focus rooms, a contemplation/wellness area, open workspace, kitchen, lockers, and dedicated comms and utility rooms. The scope involved new workstations, partitions and ceilings, glazed suites, bespoke joinery, flooring, and complete upgrades across electrical, fire, hydraulic and mechanical services.

SHAPE delivered the project under a Construction Management model, managing the process from concept design through to completion and coordinating all consultant disciplines. The works were completed within a tight six‑week programme, ensuring minimal disruption to Allianz’s operations.

A key feature of the project was the strong working relationship with Allianz. Close collaboration was essential in coordinating complex IT, security and AV systems, including meeting Allianz’s global commissioning and programming requirements, while managing material lead times and programme constraints during an extended shutdown period.

Through proactive communication and close alignment between all parties, SHAPE ensured these services were delivered and commissioned on time. The tenancy was handed over as programmed, allowing Allianz staff to move in as scheduled and experience a fully functional, high‑quality workplace from day one.
