SHAPE was engaged by SJG Social Outreach to undertake the 600m2 fitout of the new Midland Head to Health centre. The scope of works included demolition of existing tenancy, including ceiling and floor finishes and gyprock partitions, installation of new fan coil units, new consulting rooms consisting of new and existing gyprock partitions and glazing suites, open waiting area with vinyl flooring and solid gyprock ceiling lined with acoustic panels, modifications to the existing universal access toilet, and new landscaping works including reticulation, paving modifications, new plants and bench seating.
SHAPE’s project team met the accelerated program, successfully handing over the project on time.
