The project involved a three-level fitout containing a cool room, kitchen and food prep area, storage area, multiple customer dining areas and a rooftop bar
This project involved collaboration with numerous subcontractors, so open communication was vital. The team held weekly meetings and daily cross-checking ensured that new all stakeholders were kept informed throughout the works.
SHAPE was well organised and ready to deliver the project in the best time frame possible. They have a great reputation and performed to it. There were some serious hurdles, but SHAPE managed it very well all with a “One Team” mentality, which in turn produced a great result.
