Undisclosed Government Client, Office Fitout, Buderim
An undisclosed Government client engaged SHAPE for the fitout of their office location in Buderim, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
The Department of Transport and Main Roads Buderim Office Fitout

Client: Undisclosed Government Client
Designer: Plus Architecture
Client Project Manager: Bridge42
Delivery Model: Lump Sum
Location: Buderim, QLD
Duration: 29 Weeks
Project Size: 4,000m2

The project aimed to consolidate various factions of this Government client located around the sunshine coast into one central office hub.

This project was completed in one single stage over 16 weeks and featured the management of multiple external stakeholders. The program was built around key milestones for the internal technical and IT team, the management of AV and workstations.

The project required complex services and included over 4000m2 of office space, over 20 meeting rooms, 500 individual workstations, car park storage works, an outdoor pergola and sensitive traffic management with over 20 large LCD screens being installed throughout.

The project also featured TPAS government reporting of apprentice hours as per the new Queensland regulations.

SHAPE worked tirelessly to provide an exceptional outcome for the
client and end users. They were a pleasure to work with and provided strong communication and leadership throughout delivery. For a quality outcome, I cannot recommend SHAPE enough.
