CSi Club Southport engaged the SHAPE Gold Coast Team for a refurbishment of their space. Initially employing the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) approach, SHAPE collaborated closely with CSi and BCCS to provide buildability advice, ensuring the project met budget, program, and quality objectives.
The scope of works included a new bar area, an upgraded gaming space, enhanced amenities, improved lighting for ambience, new ceiling finishes, a striking reception area with feature joinery, and high-end joinery throughout the venue.
To minimize disruption and allow uninterrupted operations, the refurbishment was carried out in stages. SHAPE strategically hoarded off sections of the gaming area during each stage, ensuring that a functional bar and amenities remained accessible to patrons throughout the renovation process.
The fitout’s design excellence, executed by BSPN, set a new standard for club refurbishment across Australia. The sophisticated and meticulously crafted elements introduced a benchmark in elegance and aesthetics, elevating CSi Club Southport’s appeal and positioning it as a leading venue in the industry.
