SHAPE’s role in bringing 34 Walker Street, Rhodes to life

SHAPE partnered with Billbergia Construction on an exciting mixed-use development at 34 Walker Street, Rhodes. Set to become a vibrant new precinct, the project features two striking residential towers comprising 665 modern apartments, complemented by a dynamic blend of commercial and lifestyle amenities.

As part of this transformative development, SHAPE was entrusted with delivering approximately 12,000m² of high-quality community and commercial spaces. These spaces have been thoughtfully designed to support connection, wellbeing, and everyday convenience for residents and the broader community.

Our scope of work includes a contemporary recreation centre that promotes health and wellbeing, a purpose-built childcare centre to support local families, and a variety of inviting cafés and hospitality venues. The development features allied health facilities designed for integrated care, custom-designed studios and creative spaces, a full-sized basketball court, and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas that encourage active living.

This project exemplifies SHAPE’s commitment to creating places that bring people together, enhancing liveability, fostering connection, and meeting the evolving needs of growing communities.
