SHAPE was engaged by Sandran Property Group to complete The Energy House Lobby and Ground Floor refurbishment. This high-end transformation successfully blends aesthetic sophistication with practical functionality. Situated in an operational environment, the project was designed to elevate the overall experience of both visitors and tenants while maintaining the seamless operation of the building. The space has been redesigned with meticulous attention to detail, using premium materials to ensure the highest standards of luxury and efficiency.

Works included structural demolition and upgrade works, inclusive of a new cantilever awning structure on Cavenagh Street and slab-on-ground alterations, new energy-efficient mechanical systems, electrical & fire upgrades, the installation of a DDA complaint lift platform, and high end finishes.
