It was important to provide a high-quality outcome, but also keep disruptions to a minimum.
Our team designed a programme that maximised the number of sellable rooms while ensuring the quickest possible turnaround time to achieve the desired result. We communicated daily with hotel stakeholders to ensure they were informed of the progress at all times.
This project was completed eight days early and with a result of Perfect Delivery.
