The Harvest Buffet project site was located within a live casino floor, adjacent to a busy café that remained operational throughout.
The scope of works consisted of:
- Complete strip out of the existing restaurant
- A full commercial kitchen
- A high-end restaurant that seats 550 people
- Private dining areas
- A full bar
- Bespoke chocolate fountain
- Custom chandeliers
- Mosaic murals
The project also required significant variations within the original deadlines. We worked alongside the design team to ensure that all design risk was mitigated and that the project could progress as required. To avoid delays to the programme, an acceleration plan was implemented which led to an on-time handover and the achievement of Perfect Delivery.
