After the successful delivery of multiple projects for The Star Entertainment Group’s Sydney location, our team were entrusted with the complex fitout of The Harvest Buffet at The Star Gold Coast.
The scope of works consisted of the complete strip out of the existing restaurant, a full commercial kitchen, a high-end restaurant that seats 550 people, private dining areas, a full bar, a bespoke chocolate fountain, custom chandeliers and mosaic murals throughout.
The project also required significant variations within the original deadlines. We worked alongside the design team to ensure that all design risk was mitigated and that the project could progress as required.
To avoid delays to the programme, an acceleration plan was implemented, which led to an on-time handover and the achievement of Perfect Delivery all with minimal disruptions to the surrounding live areas of the venue.
