New learning spaces delivered in just five months for the 2026 school year.

The Pinnacle College project is a modular construction solution delivered by Modular by SHAPE to provide additional teaching and staff spaces at the Elizabeth East Campus, with the entire process completed within a five‑month timeframe from initial enquiry to handover.

The scope includes the delivery and installation of six modular units configured into two large classrooms, one smaller classroom, two staff offices, and a covered veranda and walkway. Installed on dry‑laid footing blocks within the existing car park, the modules are complexed together with tie‑downs and connected to the existing raised walkway via a lightweight deck bridge. Planning and approvals, including all associated fees, were managed as part of our scope.

Working closely with Pinnacle College, Modular by SHAPE coordinated site visits, design finalisation and procurement with a strong focus on program certainty and minimising disruption to the live school environment. The streamlined modular approach enabled the new facilities to be delivered, installed and handed over ready for use ahead of the start of Term 1 2026.
