KordaMentha required a new Perth office that represented their brand and values, engaging SHAPE on an ECI contract.
Broadly the scope involved a modern and welcoming reception, open plan workstations, offices, focus and meeting rooms and a secure forensic storage room. In addition to this, KordaMentha required a breakout space that was able to be used for events, with furniture that was easily moved and relocated to a storage area to create more space.
The project team created a collaborative approach with KordaMentha and Oriol Design from the commencement of the design phase, allowing quick decisions to be made.
The SHAPE project team completed the fitout ready to handover almost a week earlier than the programmed completion date.
