Following the success of regional expansions in Newcastle, Gold Coast and Tasmania, SHAPE is excited to announce it has appointed Thomas Goodear as Regional Manager – Geelong to expand its presence in the rapidly growing Victorian city.
With more than a decade of experience across fitout, refurbishment and new build construction, Tom is a natural fit to grow SHAPE’s capability in the region. A born-and-bred local, Tom is well known within the local construction industry for his collaborative spirit, hands-on approach, and deep understanding of the Geelong market.
Passionate about supporting the local economy, Tom is committed to engaging local businesses to deliver outstanding outcomes for SHAPE’s clients and partners. He shared his excitement about the appointment and the plan for expansion:

Geelong’s strong population and economic growth, backed by major infrastructure, education, and health investments, makes it a strategic location for SHAPE to offer end-to-end services in fitout, refurbishment, modular construction, and more.
SHAPE already has a strong foundation in the region through the delivery of standout projects such as Geelong Grammar, the Estuary Reserve Pavillion, and Torquay Early Learning Centre. More recently, the Modular by SHAPE team delivered Geelong Lutheran College, Armstrong Creek – ‘Ngarrwa’ Two-Storey Year 11/12 Hub project, which won first prize in the Excellence in prefabricated building – Education category at the 2024 Smart Building Industry Awards.
