Design & Construction
As part of ‘Shaping Spaces’, we are committed to managing our clients’ entire project timeline from design to defect-free delivery. To ensure this, we offer Design & Construct (D&C) and turnkey solutions, which are quickly becoming the preferred method of procurement on commercial projects due to their fast-tracked and cost-effective outcomes.
By engaging SHAPE early in the design process, our team can provide valuable buildability and procurement advice, allowing projects to move to build as soon as documentation is ready. Through the D&C approach, we manage the project process for clients from beginning to end, providing detailed cost reporting and project management updates throughout the build.
SHAPE+
This division of SHAPE enables a variety of agile, flexible and also turnkey solutions to clients looking for speed to market, more nimble construction or more local projects requiring special works. SHAPE+ offers design and construction services that combine the strength and experience of SHAPE, but with smaller, specialist teams and also looks to take clients from larger projects completed by SHAPE into ongoing maintenance, additions or future upgrades.
