Transforming 410 Ann Street for a greener commute.

SHAPE were engaged by Mirvac to complete the demolition and new build of the End of Trip (EOT) facility at 410 Ann Street. The purpose of the project was to extend and upgrade the facility to encourage users to switch their means of transport for a greener option.

The project scope encompassed a variety of essential upgrades to the facilities, including the installation of a large bike storage area, new lockers, changing rooms and refreshed shower facilities. Further adjustments were made to ensure safe access to the EOT facility in the car park.

The refurbishment took place within a fully operational building, and SHAPE successfully executed the works with minimal disruption to the building’s tenants. SHAPE maintained a collaborative approach by closely coordinating with consultants and stakeholders during both the preconstruction and delivery stages to ensure the project was completed on time, within budget, and defect free.
