The scope of works involved:
Our team worked in a live environment with guests on the floors above and below where works were taking place. To minimise disruptions, we had daily discussions with the client in regards to noise and would halt works immediately at their request if required. Due to the number of rooms being handed over at once, and the nature of the works (such as joinery and painting), our team conducted two defect walks per level to ensure the client was happy with the condition before handover.
In light of our achievement on this project, we were invited to tender for additional works.
