Through the high-quality projects we’ve delivered Australia-wide we have become known for our effective approach to delivering projects – never compromising on safety, relentless attention to detail and quality, industry-leading customer service, and staying ‘invisible’ in operational environments.
Our team is proud to have the capabilities, experience, and relationships to deliver complicated, ambitious, important builds, especially those requiring well-planned and sensitive approaches to working in live environments and compliance with security requirements. We built our business on Australia-wide office fitouts and refurbishments, and it’s still a large part of what we do today. With much of our lives spent at work, we know how important it is to create environments that inspire and improve the experience of every employee.
The way we work is constantly evolving, and so too is the workplace itself. Having a trusted partner with vast experience in the sector gives our clients the peace of mind that their spaces are looked after throughout their lease. From building company headquarters and agile offices, to minor alterations, or base building upgrades, our many repeat clients are a testament to our reputation of delivering exceptional working spaces.
Bringing to life exciting and inviting spaces to eat, drink, and stay at is a combination of our foundation in fitout and our dedication to the highest quality standards. We ensure that the client’s vision is brought to life, by working closely with architects and consultants. Attention to detail and working quietly to ensure guest comfort in live environments is particularly important. We also work with fast paced programs to allow our clients to open their doors as quickly as possible.
We have significant experience in delivering complex Defence work and understand the unique and strict requirements that come with sensitive and confidential aspects of these projects. To ensure seamless delivery, all personnel are security cleared prior to project start and our National Defence Manager directly oversees all builds.
From new builds in high-security clearance contexts, to understanding the need for transparency and confidentiality, and meeting supplier social targets, we have delivered significant works for State and Federal government agencies and services. We have expertise in value engineering and providing budget certainty, which is crucial on publicly funded projects. We’re proud to be contributing to projects with long-term government vision that support communities and the delivery of services that make the lives of Australians better.
Whether it is a 24-hour operational facility, sterile lab, specialist equipment, or a new extension, our expert teams recognise the unique demands of healthcare projects. Our main focus is always on the safety of patients and medical staff. Working within sensitive clinical environments also means implementing strict methodologies that address technically complex services requirements, dust mitigation strategies and stringent quality and sustainability standards. Our modular capabilities allow us to build offsite where possible and install quietly at a time carefully selected to minimise disturbance to patients and staff.
