SHAPE NT received information from Nine on a newly signed lease for the 82 Mitchell St property while understanding Nine Entertainment Co was seeking the services of a head contractor as a complete solution to manage both the design development and build of the new space.
The Design phase ran over about eight weeks, including all the required permit applications, and the Build was completed over in a timely manner whilst involving a complete strip out and refit – including base building bathrooms.
Through clever design and mutable detailing, SHAPE and our design team were able to provide a solution that allowed for one Men, Women and DDA-compliant bathroom, without building outside the existing building core.
