Award-winning Australian management consultancy NOUS Group Darwin engaged SHAPE to undertake the fitout of their new office located on level 15 of Darwin’s premier building, The Charles Darwin Centre.

It was a requirement of the project to adhere to the strict time frame, minimise disruptions for tenants, and maintain the existing NABERS energy rating.
The scope of works included the demolition of the existing floor treatments, preparation and painting of existing perimeter walls, columns and new partitions, installation of new meeting rooms, reception area, tea preps, utility areas, breakout areas, back of house and open plan layouts and Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Hydraulic Services

The project was completed during normal working hours, was completed over a 6-week duration, and was delivered on time and defect-free.
