Our Sydney team were proud to hand over an incredible 5-star Greenstar office fitout for a confidential international banking client. Spanning more than 2,000m2, the project features client-facing meeting rooms, an oasis for flexible working, office spaces and breakout rooms across two levels, including a communal dining and kitchen area.
The fit-out is designed to encourage collaboration, with a combination of trading and open-plan spaces, numerous informal lounges, and large breakout spaces, as well as a state-of-the-art AV system and Facilities Monitoring System.
Due to the nature of the client, the fit-out has a significant amount of critical infrastructure, including multiple comms rooms, UPS room and fire control room within the space. The team installed a high-tech Facilities Monitoring System that reports even the smallest leak or system error to ensure there is no damage to the client’s critical infrastructure. At project completion, the team also completed full IST (Integrated System Testing) to ensure all systems installed function to their intended purposes.
The project team maintained open lines of communication with all stakeholders, local and abroad, ensuring that all parties remained on the same page, working to the common goal of creating the best outcome for the client.
