Bespoke modular sports pavilion unveiled in Leopold, Victoria

SHAPE (formerly KLMSA) completed the design, construction and installation of a bespoke modular sports pavilion at Estuary Reserve in Leopold, Victoria.

The design brief was to provide a fully functional building to cater for the current and long-term needs of the soccer, football and cricket clubs located at the sporting reserve. The functional requirements included a social space, kitchen and amenities, and storage space, as well as four gender neutral change rooms and amenities, first aid, umpires’ room and other common facilities meeting the Football Victoria Building Development Guide.

The building is cut into the sloping site with a retaining wall and accessible access from two sides of the building constructed by the SHAPE team.

SHAPE completed the service connections, including the fire upgrade, to complete compliance and occupancy for the building in June 2022.
