CBRE appointed SHAPE to complete the fitout and refurbishment of three levels within their head office located at 363 George Street. The project aimed to create a modern, efficient, and sustainable workspace that aligns with CBRE’s commitment to excellence and environmental responsibility.
The scope of works included the installation of new workstations and joinery, upgrading floor and ceiling finishes, and enhancing lighting, power, data, mechanical, fire, and hydraulic services. A significant aspect of the project was the removal of an existing stair structure between the Level 19 and Level 21 tenancies. SHAPE expertly managed the cutting of a new penetration in the existing slab and the installation of new feature stairs, seamlessly connecting the three levels.
A key deliverable of this project was to target a 6-Star Green Star rating and WELL Platinum certification. This required meticulous planning and execution to ensure that all materials and processes met the highest standards of sustainability and wellness.
