A high performance workplace fitout for round the clock operations.

This project transformed a standard office floor into a purpose‑built National Operations Centre for a Government Agency. The new workplace strengthened the Agency’s 24/7 operational capability, consolidating monitoring, analysis, and coordination functions previously located on another level of the building.

A people‑centred layout supported high‑intensity operations, with primary and secondary workstation zones to accommodate staff in different teams. Collaboration areas, meeting rooms, and a media centre with custom angled glazing enabled quick communication and live broadcast capability. Flexible training and multifunction rooms with operable glazed walls supported changing operational needs.

The West Wintergarden became a three‑storey breakout destination for staff, while the East Wintergarden offered new lockers and seating to enhance day‑to‑day workplace flow. Additional amenities included teapoints, first aid, focus and quiet rooms, and integrated banquette seating.
