Elevating Allianz's employee experience.

SHAPE was engaged to deliver the relocation of Allianz Australia’s Charlestown office into a new mixed-use development at 4 Charles Street, Charlestown. This project followed the successful completion of Allianz’s Adelaide and Brisbane offices, building on SHAPE’s experience with the client. Across three floors, Levels 4 to 6, the project delivered an open-plan workspace accommodating approximately 250 work points, an elegant slim profile venetian plaster finish interconnecting staircase, multifunction rooms with integrated AV systems, meeting rooms, kitchen breakout areas, and dedicated wellness and first-aid facilities. The design and construction focused on creating a flexible and collaborative environment that empowers employees with modern ways of working, integrated digital tools, and spaces that support health and wellbeing. By combining open-plan zones with multifunction and social spaces, the fitout fosters interaction, collaboration, and movement across the floors while maintaining comfort and operational efficiency. Delivered on schedule, the project demonstrates SHAPE’s capability to manage complex relocations and deliver workspaces that prioritise occupant experience, technology integration, and wellness-focused design.
