Project Scope
SHAPE Tasmania has been engaged to deliver ‘Lumina’ – a new world-class function centre for The Tasman Hotel in Hobart. In partnership with JGS Property and The Tasman, SHAPE will manage the construction and full fitout of this premium, purpose-built event space, designed to expand the hotel’s high-end event offering in Tasmania’s capital. Scheduled for completion in May 2026, Lumina will feature adaptable and flexible event spaces supported by seamless back-of-house capability and high-quality finishes.
