Wood Mulching Industries and Avanti Project and Development Management engaged SHAPE for the construction of a new service station as part of the broader Swanbank Eco Park redevelopment, aimed at accommodating business, industry, and commercial needs in the area’s southern region.
The new development will feature a JiO Energy station, including two 90KL tanks, an ancillary shop, truck parking and retail facilities.
The team managed weather challenges by creating and maintaining safe access to site with roadbase and blinding layers for footings. Despite being a construct-only project, SHAPE have worked proactively and collaboratively with Wood Mulching Industries and Avanti Project and Development Management in identifying and resolving any design challenges or changes.
