The works consisted of an expansive upgrade and replacement of the existing ceilings, floor finishes, columns, signage, lighting and the creation of the structural rotunda, which is the new entry statement to the terminal four arrivals hall.
Through active and transparent collaboration throughout the project, our team ensured disruptions were avoided through the implementation of safety controls and processes.
Our team’s commitment to open communication and maintaining safety for the public led to the successful delivery of this project for Qantas.
We found SHAPE cooperative and collaborative, which allowed for successful project delivery within the operationally sensitive environment. They were proactive in the identification and resolution of issues, resulting in the project being delivered on time with zero defects.
