Scope of works included three fitouts for Hungry Jacks, Bumbu Asian Restaurant and Giancarlo coffee. Construction occurred within the existing terminal where tenancies were previously located.

As the project had a particularly tight time frame, the team programmed works to meet this requirement by allocating suitable resources to ensure its scheduled delivery. The items that required particularly long lead times were identified during the tender phase to ensure the development of mitigation strategies.

Due to the nature of this fitout, it was of utmost importance that the design standards of the client were met.
