The timeline and defect management were critical, and milestones were achieved by frequently communicating with all stakeholders and subcontractors. Defect management and quality issues were identified at regular meetings and addressed at various stages of the project.
Tasked with a tight program and a building that posed difficulty with logistics due to a shared loading dock, SHAPE, in collaboration with Bates Smart, was still able to complete the project defect-free and three weeks ahead of schedule.
