After the successful completion of previous projects at 145 Ann Street, Dexus chose to continue its collaboration with SHAPE by engaging them for additional works on Level 26 of the same building.
The project scope began as a stair infill between Level 26 and 27, which was soon converted to include four display suites. This evolved into a Design and Construct contract enabling SHAPE to participate in the design phase in collaboration with consultants to meet the client’s budget and design intent.
The project was divided into two distinct phases. Phase one involved the completion of the stair infill within a span of 4 weeks, while phase two encompassed the construction of the stunning display suites over a period of 16 weeks.
The display suites were effectively delivered and have since been leased by Dexus.
