Client Project Manager: RPS
Delivery Model: Lump Sum
Location: Canberra, ACT
Duration: 23 weeks
Project Size: 2,800 m2

The works aimed to reconfigure their office spaces to allow for additional workstations.

At the end of the project, SHAPE handed over 10 new EL2 offices, 8 new meeting rooms, 9 collaborative break-out areas, and 2 new kitchenettes. By removing the existing cubicle-style offices, we were able to increase the seating density by 150% to 356 seated positions.

The project required significant construction and demolition work to create a contemporary look. Our team also encountered asbestos during the project which led us to quarantine the area and follow a strict process to ensure the health and safety of all stakeholders involved.
