On Friday 5 September 2025, SHAPE Perth was recognised at the Master Builders WA 2025 Building Excellence Awards, taking home the award for Fit-out Over $10 Million for the Stage 1 fitout of its client’s new headquarters at St Georges Terrace, Perth. The project was also named a finalist for Commercial Project of the Year.
Delivered across nine floors of one of Perth’s most iconic commercial towers, the project featured several technically complex elements including the relocation of an interconnecting stair, the construction of two steel pergolas on Level 45, and the coordination of a highly detailed colour and furniture palette. Designed to create a dynamic and people-focused workplace, the fitout also introduced wellness and collaboration spaces alongside sustainability initiatives that support its target of a 6-Star Green Star rating.
The award is a testament to the collaboration between the client, consultants, subcontractors and the SHAPE Perth team, who successfully delivered a technically complex project on a live CBD site while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
