Regional Manager - Linden Denholm
Career
Linden started his career as a Building Cadet with the SHAPE Victoria team, while completing a Master of Construction Management and Bachelor of Environments. Following his cadetship, Linden held various roles within the Melbourne branch, including Estimating Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Project Engineer and Project Manager. During his career, Linden has developed an open and honest approach to all aspects of construction, with a focus on understanding a client’s key drivers and how to best exceed them. His experience delivering multi-million-dollar projects, commitment to sustainability and passion for building a constructive workplace makes him the ideal candidate to head up SHAPE Newcastle and shape the city he loves.
Life
A Novocastrian, Linden grew up five minutes from the beach and loved every minute of it – despite the fact he still can’t surf. While living in Melbourne, he fell in love with AFL and is now a die-hard Geelong fan.

Through the high-quality projects we’ve delivered Australia-wide we have become known for our effective approach to delivering projects – never compromising on safety, relentless attention to detail and quality, industry-leading customer service, and staying ‘invisible’ in operational environments.
Our team is proud to have the capabilities, experience and relationships to deliver complicated, ambitious, important builds, especially those requiring well-planned and sensitive approaches to working in live environments and compliance with security requirements. Not only are we experienced on a national level, but through our 9 metropolitan and regional branches, we share a wealth of knowledge, resources and specialists across Australia.
Our team delivers high-quality and cost-effective outcomes for clients requiring facade upgrade and compliance-driven replacement projects. We have extensive experience in high-risk works, as well as upgrades to occupied buildings, and understand the importance of minimising disruption to tenants and operations. We work collaboratively with consultants and subcontracts as required and strive to keep our clients informed of the latest developments within government and industry. Our innovative processes and programs not only provide clients with a visual representation of the progress of works, but are essential for the mandatory tracking and recording of panel replacement.
Our innovative and bespoke modular solutions provide the benefits of off-site construction, including faster schedules, improved safety, minimal on-site disruption, and more sustainable construction. When working in occupied live environments, such as hospitals, schools and sports facilities, our reputation for delivering fast-paced, high-quality, technically challenging construction projects becomes invaluable. With multiple manufacturing facilities across Australia, we offer nationwide transportation and installation services, supported by our local construction services teams who provide project management services locally.
