Our team completed a refurbishment of level 8 reception, level 10 spa treatment room, 15 levels of corridors and 369 hotel rooms. This included an additional 15 new rooms which were constructed by converting existing space within the hotel.
With at least a 95 per cent occupancy rate during the construction, the early identification and communication of planned noisy works to the client was critical; this ensured potential issues and disruptions due to noise were addressed as quickly as possible.
