Delivery Model:
Lump Sum
Location:
Waterloo, NSW
Duration:
43 weeks
Project Size:
2529 m2
The scope of works included:
- Heavy demolition to change the layout of the space, and removal of structural walls and slabs to create a level area void of any steps
- Providing a mechanical system for cooling and heating the area
- Installation of lighting, power, data and sanitary facilities
- Converting the level 1 space from residential to four commercial tenancies
- Installation of a new mechanical system
- New timber floors and high-level plasterboard ceilings
The client’s key concern was to ensure the timely completion of stage one correlated with leasing restrictions at their previous warehouse. To meet their needs, our team fast-tracked the program by increasing resources to meet deadlines. The end result was a modern, open and airy commercial space and warehouse.
“This project has been challenging in many ways and the lesson I learnt is that having the best construction team is the most important component in this process, and I believe we really are working with the very best.”
