The 100 Mount Street project involved a 17-floor fitout which consolidated multiple offices from around Sydney into one Smart Space office for the client.
The scope of works included thirteen typical floors (workstations, meeting spaces and kitchens) with four specialty floors including reception, employee services, a business enterprise, a town hall space and a secure floor. The project also included slab penetrations through all 17 floors and the installation of internal stairs through the whole tenancy.
To manage design development, coordination with multiple stakeholders was essential. We held numerous design workshops with consultants to coordinate detail in real-time and ensure client satisfaction. Our team also fast-tracked the programme and restaged works to ensure on-time delivery.
