Blackoak Capital engaged SHAPE to deliver these works bringing an upgraded look to the building and additional facilities to the building tenants.

The scope of works included facade upgrades, canopy removal and replacement, forecourt tiling, installation and design of planters, lobby upgrades (including tiling, lift reveals painting and new ceilings), new End of Trip facility and Bike store within the building basement, full services upgrade throughout the building, ACM removal and on floor lobby aesthetics upgrade.

SHAPE worked closely with the client, building tenants, Perth City Council and other stakeholders in the delivery of the facade and canopy works. In delivering the canopy works SHAPE erected scaffolding to allow safe access to the work area without impacting pedestrian traffic or building access during business hours.

Our project team worked closely with the client and tenants to deliver these works, ensuring the project was delivered with minimal disruption to the over 30 separate building tenants. Our team delivered on floor lobby works during the weekend and worked closely with ground floor tenants with weekend working hours to ensure they could maintain access to their tenancy throughout weekend works.
