Workplace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan

We work hard to deliver on our ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Plan’, which promotes equal pay, career development, and opportunity across our entire organisation. This includes eliminating unconscious bias, the active promotion of women into management roles, and supporting flexible working arrangements.

Reconciliation Action Plan

We are working to establish deeper, more meaningful relationships and create opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and businesses. We launched our first Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in 2015 and are now implementing our third plan, Innovate RAP 2025-2027.
