The new-look open plan design incorporates an interactive pod, travel agency desk and lounge area to provide a relaxed and friendly atmosphere whilst considering the services provided by RAA.

Due to the high-end finishes specified within the project, many supplies were sourced internationally which increased lead times. Our team prioritised the issue of documentation for long-lead time items to secure the commitment from suppliers and meet the programme milestones.

Woods Bagot and Rider Levett Bucknall recommended SHAPE to manage the fitout works due to our prior working relationship with both consultant teams. RAA was thrilled with the outcome of the new retail space and have since awarded two further retail fitouts to SHAPE.
