A SHAPE Building Cadet is a learning role supporting the project delivery teams during pre-construction, onsite throughout construction and post-construction to ensure client satisfaction.
We understand our cadets will be studying, so we will work with you to create a flexible working plan and accommodate university timetables and holidays.
The role will see you be responsible for assisting with:
- Estimating, tendering and bid submissions
- Document control
- Reviewing subcontracts
- Processing invoices
- Minuting subcontractor and client meetings
- Coordinating safety requirements on site

SHAPE Cadets not only participate in real work-life but also develop a tailored learning plan, gaining exposure to skills you can’t always learn in a textbook.
You’re going to discover the tips and tricks of your role on-site and we will support you in the development of your personal brand.
