Will has a passion for fishing, enjoys spending time outdoors and hopes to build a holiday house on Wedge Island in South Australia. He has a pet dog named Bozley and loves both AFL and tennis.

Will has over ten years of experience in the construction industry with substantial knowledge in all forms of contract delivery. He has managed large multi-million dollar projects in commercial office fitouts, retail, education and new build sectors. Will displays integrity, fairness, excellent communication and consideration as a team leader.
His significant experience and technical understanding across all aspects of the construction process enables him to apply and interpret advanced project and risk management tools and ‘know-how’ throughout the development and delivery of any project.
George loves to spend quality time with his wife and two sons. He is always learning through reading, self-reflection and consulting with others. He enjoys beach walks and is a keen Liverpool fan.

George joined the SHAPE team in 2007. He has extensive experience gained both in Australia and overseas working on multi-million dollar, low and high rise development projects, commercial fitouts, school projects and heritage refurbishments.
George’s background stems from his honours degree in Structural Engineering and subsequent qualifications and vast experience in project management. Currently, he is doing a Master of Business Administration with UniSA.
His extensive knowledge and experience on complex projects provide an invaluable contribution. He enjoys working with our teams to provide clients with solutions that meet their unique needs.

Jodie has a love for design and enjoys spending time with her family, kids, friends and her Wheaten Terrier puppy, Obi.

Jodie has worked with SHAPE since 2006 in a business development role.
Her career began after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design, where she practised as a designer for 10 years, specialising in commercial and retail fitout works for government and corporate clients.
Jodie’s experiences range from being a team member to project leader on projects spanning in scale from 100 m2 to 2000 m2 for interior design firms in both SA and QLD. This background has been invaluable in her current role allowing her to recognise and understand client needs and the design process.
She has also worked as a Senior Project Consultant for a commercial furniture supplier providing her with great insight into the SA property industry.
Grant enjoys spending time with his wife and two grown boys. He loves to travel, to experience new cultures and to relax with good food and wine.

Grant has formal qualifications in building and management, combined with 25 plus years of industry experience. Grant joined SHAPE in 2005 and leads SHAPE’s SA and NT teams.
Grant understands the delivery of projects can often be complicated and is almost always undertaken within a tight time frame and strict budget parameters. In this, he believes project success is very much a result of championing great teamwork.
He sees his role as supporting and leading his team as they create a collaborative, results-oriented approach to working with all project stakeholders, and ultimately delivering the very best outcomes for SHAPE’s clients.
Dean enjoys spending time with his family and two young sons. He is an Adelaide United member and loves to read and play table tennis in his spare time. He has two pet Silkie chickens that his son named Giggle and Bus.
Dean is a highly motivated individual with a developed technical skill base and project management expertise.
Dean has been working in the construction industry for over 14 years.
He first qualified as an electrician and later completed a Construction Management and Economics degree with honours at the University of South Australia. His understanding of staged, tight framed programmes to ensure practical completion has become evident due to his methodological approach to estimating.
Dean’s vast experience in the construction industry and a mature work ethic ensure he always displays integrity, fairness and consideration as a team leader.
Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He loves to play golf and is a keen fishing enthusiast. He once met his hero, Ricky Gervais, backstage at Madison Square Garden.
