Nickname: Cameroon, Cam
Cameron is a carpenter by trade and spent nine years working for SHAPE NSW before joining the VIC team in 2017. He has a love of sport – in particular watching the Swannies and NBA, going surfing and playing golf in his free time.
He feels most relaxed when camping, and enjoys excellent coffee, wine and food, particularly dim sims and hot jam doughnuts.
With 20 years in the construction industry, Cam has developed an in-depth understanding of the fitout and refurbishment sector.
He has delivered many projects in challenging environments, which have allowed him to gain expertise in risk mitigation and implementing strategies to achieve the client’s project objectives. Working both in Australia and the UK, Cam is an asset to any project he oversees.
Adam joined the company in 2008 as a Project Manager and has held several roles since, including Commercial Manager, Group Manager Design & Construct, and most recently General Manager of the VIC state office.

Aiden began his working life in the Navy, and then went on to follow his interests in building studies. He then followed an international career in heavy refurbishments and large scale fit-outs.
He has a love of travelling, writing and music. He believes there is nothing better than camping with the kids in the bush and watching them quickly turn feral. If there’s no rugby on, he’ll happily barrack for the Hawks.
Aiden’s years in the industry, past roles as a Site and Project Manager and extensive experience with projects ranging in complexity in Australia, the UK and South Africa, play into his approach as an Estimating Manager. Aiden is an experienced manager who has had exposure to all phases of a project and now leads a highly successful and enthusiastic team of estimators.
Aiden is a solutions-driven manager with a strong focus on subcontractor relationships, teamwork and attention to detail. He’s able to understand clients’ risks and present cost effective strategies and further value engineering solutions to align with their project goals.

Anita gets inspired by travel and architecture. She adores her busy life with her husband and three children but occasionally enjoys relaxing with a book or yoga session.
Her passion for building and construction began at a young age and was inspired by her father.
In her 25 years in commercial fitout and refurbishment, Anita has worked in project management, estimating and training/mentoring roles. As Commercial Manager of Bid and Strategy, Anita has combined her acquired skills and industry knowledge to lead the Bid team from the identification of business opportunities, through to submission and tender evaluation processes.
Anita works alongside the Bid and Project teams to ensure that our submissions accurately represent SHAPE’s approach and, more importantly, demonstrate our understanding of client objectives.
Anita knows that each project and every client are different and makes it her priority to ensure our teams understand key client and project requirements from the very beginning.
