Aiden began his working life in the Navy, and then did student work experience underground, installing ventilation inside sewers. And at one point, he served soup to the Queen of England (and didn’t spill it on her).
He has a love of travelling and music and spent his twenties seeing the world. He believes there is nothing better than camping with the kids in the bush and watching them quickly turn feral. If there’s no rugby on, he’ll happily barrack for the Hawks.
Aiden’s years in the industry, past roles as a Site and Project Manager and extensive experience with projects ranging in complexity in both Australia and the UK, play into his approach as an Estimating Manager. Aiden is an experienced manager who has had exposure to all phases of a project, which makes his contribution to the Estimating team invaluable.
Aiden is a solutions-driven manager, and his focus on subcontractor engagement has strengthened relationships. He’s able to understand client risks while presenting solutions through value engineering to align with their project goals.
