The relocation and fitout of Vicinity’s new office, adjacent to Chadstone Shopping Centre, involved an activity based working layout and spanned 7,000 m2 over four floors. It included workstations, meeting rooms, breakout areas and a high-end reception area. The client incorporated a ‘think space’, as well as curved glass walls, bespoke ceiling petals and high-end audiovisual connectivity.
With a compressed programme, our team handed over three floors early and the fourth on time, allowing Vicinity’s 580 staff to move in, in half the time it would traditionally take. With a Green Star resource dedicated to the project, we achieved a 5-star Green Star rating, exceeding client expectations.
